Welcome to Her-OS. By using the app, you agree to these terms. Her-OS is operated by FLEECE AI (see legal notice).

The service

Her-OS is an AI companion app for women: several AI companions (Mila, Genesis, Laura, Clara) support you on style, cycle, mental load, career, intimate health and wellbeing. The service is provided "as is" and evolves regularly.

Your account

You can use Her-OS as a guest or create an account (magic email link or Google). You are responsible for keeping your account access confidential and for providing accurate information.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Her-OS for unlawful purposes, not to attempt to disrupt it, and not to scrape its content at scale. You remain responsible for what you share with the AI.

Health: information, not medical advice

Her-OS provides educational information and does not replace consultation, diagnosis or treatment by a healthcare professional. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services. Never delay seeking medical advice because of app content.

AI-generated content

Responses are generated by AI models and may contain inaccuracies. Verify important information. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive license to use the service.

Subscription and payment

Some features require a subscription (Bestie, Circle), with a trial period followed by recurring payment handled by Stripe. You can cancel any time from the billing portal; paid access continues until the end of the current period. The pricing shown at checkout governs.

Intellectual property

The Her-OS brand, the app and its original content belong to FLEECE AI. Your data and content belong to you.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, FLEECE AI is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

Termination

You can close your account and erase your data at any time. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms.
